  Engagement Party NANCY WHEELER, a pretty dark-eyed visitor from Mildura (V), is staying with her fiance's parents, the Alan Maxwells, at Cambridge. Fiance Michael, who is a flight-lieutenant with the RAAF, is home on leave, and, as an opportune celebration of the recently announced engagement his parents will give a late afternoon party on Friday at the Sandy Bay home of Michael's sister, Mrs. Guy Webster. Nancy is no stranger to Hobart for she spent several years at the Collegiate School, and she will be busy renewing acquaintances during her sojourn here. Tasmanian Weds At Mildura MELBOURNE; Sun.-The marriage of Nancy Louise, only daughter, of Mr and Mrs E. N. Wheeler, Walnut Ave., Mil-dura (V), to F-Officer Michael Mayne Maxwell (RAA.F), youngest son of Mr and Mrs A. W. Maxwell, Cambridge (T), was celebrated at St. Margaret's Church of England. Mildura, by Canon A. G. Horner. The bride wore a gown of cream French moire lame and tulle veil held with orange blossom. Miss Norma Buxston was bridesmaid and Mr Peter Maxwell best man.
